SHORTAGE OF DOCTORS THE CITY OF SAINT VICENT

The declarant is responsible for the technical Emergency Humaitá. Regarding the case in question the declarant does not remember this case. However know that by year 2008, the attending physicians in the network were only gazetted by the city of São Vicente. Eventually there was no doctor in the Emergency Room of the Flags Park. In cases of emergency, the patient was transferred to the Emergency Room of Humaita and in more serious cases were transferred to CREI. In 2008, Jose Ricardo attending physician in the Emergency Room of Humaita and it was he who certified the death of the boy. At the time the doctor José Ricardo was hired and now no longer works in the Emergency Room of Humaita. Currently to remedy the shortage of doctors, the City of Saint Vincent hired a company called PERSONAL that puts doctors in health facilities to supply the absence of doctors.
